REFUND POLICY:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Candescent Crafting. In the event that you change your mind immediately after purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund once you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
If the product you received is defective upon arrival, we will offer you the option of an exchange, or you can return the product for a full refund including shipping costs.
If there was a shipping error and you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within seven days of receiving the product, we will send you a replacement to ensure that you receive the correct product. If you decide you no longer want the product, we will refund the full cost including original shipping and handling fees.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@cc168.uk and provide us with your order number and the reason for the refund. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to Candescent Crafting.
Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process your refund within seven working days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment for the purchase.
Please note that refunds may not be available for certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and digital downloads.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event that the product was damaged due to misuse or abuse.
